Icons - Solicitation Summary Report

Multiple icons are available when viewing both the Awarded Responses and All Responses views of the Solicitation History Report.

The following table identifies the icons and their meanings on the Solicitation History / Award Report page.

Option	Icon	Meaning
Attachment		If supplier attachments were included with the response, the Attachments icon will be visible next to the supplier name in the Supplier/Contract # column as shown in this sample image. Select the icon to download and view the attached files. Visit the Download Document topic for more information on downloading a document.
Awarded		This icon is not an action icon but rather an indicator. The trophy signifies that the item has been awarded. It will display next to the Supplier/Contract # that won the award as shown in this sample image.
Item Reminders		Select this icon to view any notes that were entered by your organization during the response process. These notes are only visible to you. View sample image. Visit the Respond to Solicitation topic for more information on how/when it is entered.
Line Item Attachments		To view both buyer and supplier line item attachments, select this icon. It will be located just above the line item No . column as shown in this sample image . An Attachments Detail window will open. The Document Names in this window will be active hyper links and may be selected to open and view the attachments. View sample image.
Review Buyer Justification		If the buyer has entered a justification/reason for the item/solicitation, the icon will be green in color. If the buyer has not entered a justification/reason for the item/solicitation, the icon will be white in color. View sample image.
See Item Details		To view complete description of the item and its details, select either the hyper linked Item name or select this icon. The Item Specification Details page opens. View sample image.
