NOTE: Rules created for top-level organizations are automatically inherited by all sub-level organizations.
The rules for sub-level organizations may subsequently be modified, but all lower sub-level organizations will inherit the changes.
For example, when the setup for the head organization (parent) is done, the required approval rules are configured. Then, for each sub-level organization (child), you can allow a sub-level organization to inherit the parent rules (default), or modify rules specifically for that sub-level organization. At every organization level, any rule may be modified; by default, the rules are set equal to those of the parent organization.
