Reporting Storage Locations

To allow for flexibility in Personal Reporting management, there are three levels of storage that will be available based on user roles:

Personal Reporting Access

In support of Personal Reporting, the baseline/starting ad-hoc views may be separated into two different segments for easier management and maintenance. To grant a user access to any or all standard baseline/starting views or security-related starting views, the appropriate view privilege should be added to a user's role(s). For example, a Security-related Access Role could be created with the 10 view privileges listed on the right side of the table below:
