The Dispatch Email Content section of the Notifications will only be visible if this contract is being dispatched (e-mailed) to the Contract Contact and Main Contact (if different) of the contractor or contracted vendor once the contract is approved and Issued. This email notification is used in conjunction with the Do Not Dispatch setting that is located on the Contract Header Information page.
NOTE: If Master Contract check box is selected for the contract and the Do not dispatch Contract checkbox unchecked, the Master Contract will be dispatched to the Contract Contact and Main Contact (if different) for all suppliers on the Master Contract, after it is approved and issued. The Master Contract will be dispatched as a single email notification with all suppliers in BCC.
By default, the Default message is shown and will be used as the e-mail message once the contract is dispatched.
To create your own custom content, click the Override Default Template Body toggle switch.
Once the value is changed to Yes, the body of the e-mail message may be edited as needed.
Use the formatting tool bar to add bold or italics to your text or add hyper links and more.
When your custom Dispatch Email Content is complete, click Next to advance to the next step in the contract creation process.
Exit returns to the Current Contracts page.
