Personal Reporting was designed to allow users to create and maintain their own views and reports. Additionally, it allows for views and reports to be shared with one or more organizations or shared with all organizations.
Below are a few key terms as they related to personal ad-hoc reporting:
Baseline / Standard Views - These are the starting views that new ad-hoc views and ad-hoc reports are based on, for example, Solicitation View, Contract View, and Invoice View.
Ad-Hoc Reports - Create a new ad-hoc report based on an existing Baseline/Standard View. The resulting report is considered an Ad-Hoc Report.
Roles - Roles serve as containers to house one or more privileges. Using roles provides flexibility in defining access to specific views.

Enterprise Admin User (Highest Level Org) |
See and run published reports for any organization. Create views and reports to save to a personal location. Publish views and reports to enterprise level organization and any child organizations. Publish views and reports to more than one organization ata a time. Publish reports to public location. Export report outside of WebProcure to make it visible to a wider audience. |

Administration User (Head Org and Child Org) |
See and run published reports for their organization and any of their child organizations. Create views and reports to save to a personal location. Publish views and reports to their organization and any of their child organizations. Publish views and reports to more than one organization at a time. Export report outside of WebProcure to make it visible to a wider audience. |

Organization User |
See and run published reports for their organization only. Create views and reports to save to a personal location. Publish views and reports for their organization only. Export report outside of WebProcure to make it visible to a wider audience. |

Security Views / Reports Access |
Create views and reports for security-related baseline views within a personal location. Promote security-related baseline views and reports to the organization level; however, they will only be visible to other users with the applicable security-related baseline view privileges. Execute security-related reports with the applicable security-related baseline view privileges. Export report outside of WebProcure to make it visible to a wider audience. |
